Bags stored, GHD straighteners, bathrobe, well-stocked minibar. Lovely breakfast, friendly staff. Beautiful bar/restaurant area, fine atmosphere. Rooms had everything needed. Would book again if in Edinburgh.

We absolutely loved staying at this place! The design of the rooms and bar area was really impressive, creating a lively and vibrant atmosphere downstairs at night. The accessories in the rooms and bathroom were top-notch, and we appreciated the attention to detail. The location was perfect, with shops and bars conveniently nearby. The staff were friendly and polite, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The facilities were great for the size of the room, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and the exclusive feeling of staying in a bar and restaurant rather than just a hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was right off the tram from the airport to the city centre. It was also conveniently close to the tram station, making it easy to catch a ride back to the airport. The room I stayed in was not massive, but it had all the little bits to make my stay enjoyable, including a dressing gown and slippers. The towels were changed daily and the bins were emptied regularly. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast options were extensive.
There was no bin in the room.

The location of this hotel was superb, right in the heart of the city and within easy reach of all the local attractions. It was also very convenient for arrival on the airport bus or train into the city's main station. The hotel itself had excellent facilities, including a stylish cocktail bar with a legendary atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, with lots of little extras in the rooms that added to the overall experience.
Everything great. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
